- How to place your purchase order
- Issue your purchase order to Grace3. Grace3 invoices your agency directly, and your agency does not send a purchase order to TD SYNNEX. Grace3 then places the order with TD SYNNEX, including a copy of your purchase order. Both purchase orders are reported at the time of order to the assigned TD SYNNEX salesperson and to NCPA@tdsynnex.com.

- Quirks and limitations
- Your agency must be an end user and may not further remarket the products. Grace3 must confirm eligibility before the order. The contract price includes delivery, FOB Origin, standard ground freight within the continental United States only. Expedited shipment, special handling and delivery outside the continental United States may carry additional charges. The standard manufacturer warranty is included, and extended warranties are an additional cost. If you want Grace3's own implementation or professional services on the order, TD SYNNEX approval is requested one off, so raise it early. NCPA use is subject to state law on intergovernmental contract use.
