How fast can I get a quote?
45 minutes or less from a complete requirement. Send the scope, quantity, delivery location and timeline, and we return a compliant quote.
Can I buy through a contract I am already allowed to use?
Yes. We hold or supply through 15 contract vehicles. Tell us the vehicle or the contract number you intend to buy under and we will quote against it. If you are not sure which one fits, we will match your requirement to one.
Who do I make the purchase order out to?
For Safeware-held public safety vehicles and TD SYNNEX-held technology vehicles, your purchase order comes to Grace3 and Grace3 invoices your agency directly. For other vehicles, we will confirm the correct ordering party and invoicing path with your quote.
What if I need to use a contract number you do not list?
Send it to us. If your agency can use it and we can supply under it, we will tell you. If we cannot, we will tell you that too, rather than waste your time.
Do you supply outside your own contracts?
Yes. We work with vendors, resellers, system integrators and aggregators, so a requirement does not have to match a vehicle we hold for us to quote it.
Can you supply drones and public safety equipment?
Yes. Uncrewed aerial systems, public safety communications and emergency preparedness equipment are core to what we supply, including Blue List Cleared drones.
Can schools and higher education buy from you?
Yes. We supply K-12 and higher education, including through education-focused cooperative vehicles.
What information do you need to return a quote?
The requirement or part numbers, quantities, the delivery location, your agency or organization, the contract you intend to use, and your timeline. More detail means a faster, more accurate quote.
