How to buy on this contract.

Send your purchase order to Grace3.

Ordering follows Safeware's published guidance. New customers register on the Safeware site and have their account verified for online purchasing. Request a quote that applies the contract pricing, then place the order referencing the applicable contract number. Orders can be placed through a Safeware online account, a punchout site, or through your representative.

We place the order with TD SYNNEX.

Grace3 orders from TD SYNNEX through an approved ordering method and includes a copy of your purchase order.

Keep it on contract.

Any customer purchase order that references the PEPPM contract must be fulfilled through TD SYNNEX. We cannot route around the contract.

What's included

The details that keep an order compliant.

Contract pricing includes delivery, FOB Origin, standard ground freight within the continental US only.
Expedited shipment, special handling and delivery outside the continental US may carry additional charges.
Standard manufacturer warranty is included. Extended warranties are an additional cost.
Customers must be end users and may not further remarket the products.
The customer sell price cannot exceed contract pricing.
Purchase orders must be issued by eligible PEPPM customers and must reference the TD SYNNEX PEPPM contract.
Purchase orders must carry correct, then-current contract pricing and must not add terms beyond the contract.
Purchase orders must not include a separate line item for shipping and handling.
PEPPM pricing applies only to the PEPPM contract and is not honored in states that do not participate.

Who can buy

Who is eligible to use PEPPM.

The PEPPM contract is eligible for use by all governmental entities that have the legal authority to use the PEPPM contract.

Out-of-state participation requires the awarded vendor's approval.

One thing to know

Services must be performed by an authorized provider.

Grace3 must be an approved TD SYNNEX-authorized service provider to perform services under this contract. Any service not performed by a TD SYNNEX-authorized service provider must be identified as 'Open Market' on both the quote to the end user and the end user's purchase order.
