- How to place your purchase order
- The eligible customer issues its purchase order to Grace3 Technologies, and Grace3 invoices the customer directly. Grace3 then places its own order with Safeware. Your order must reference the applicable contract number. Ordering and product search follow Safeware's published guidance. New customers register on the Safeware site and have their account verified for online purchasing, request a quote that applies the contract pricing, and place the order referencing the applicable contract number. Orders can be placed through a Safeware online account, a punchout site, or through your representative. That is the ordering system used to place the order; the commercial order and the invoice sit with Grace3.
